Etc.venues is to add to its London training venue portfolio with One Drummond Gate in Victoria set to open later this year after a refurbishment.
The venue will be the second launch of 2011 for etc.venues, following the opening of its new Paddington venue this month.
MD Alastair Stewart said: “Our new venue in Victoria not only expands our portfolio with an outstanding new building, it underlines our commitment and ambition to continue growing, evolving and improving.”
“The development of One Drummond Gate will begin immediately and, being so close to Westminster, we will bring a new style of affordable and modern venue to both the public and private sectors, where value for money has become even more important,” Stewart said.
One Drummond Gate has a large private garden outdoor space which etc.venues will landscape to offer teambuilding opportunities.
The interior of the building will include a conference suitewith a capacity for 250, supported by 10 meeting rooms.
Etc.venues has 10 properties, nine in London and one in Birmingham. The company claims to have grown sales by over 100 per cent since a management buyout in 2006. The company achieved Gold standard as the highest rated brand in the recent BDRC Venue Verdict survey.
