Inntel to handle all Hyder UK meetings spend

International advisory and design consultancy Hyder
Consulting has appointed Inntel to handle its meetings, events and accommodation
requirements in the UK.

Hyder says it was looking for cost savings and
efficiencies and selected Inntel after a competitive tender process.

Inntel has created a preferred hotel programme for
accommodation and is working with Hyder bookers to ensure control of spend,
mostly through the agency’s i-Central online self-booking tool.

Hyder Head of Facilities and Procurement, Chris Pullen,
said: “With the changes in VAT, we were particularly focused on the back end
process and 100 per cent VAT reclaim. The implementation process was seamless
and the training and online tool have been very well received by our bookers.
From Hyder’s perspective, we have already seen greater efficiency in process and
costs in working with Inntel.”
