Dawson joins caterer Dish as Sales and Events Manager

caterer Dish
has appointed Victoria
Dawson as Sales and Events Manager.

Dawson previously worked as an
Account Manager and Front of House Tour Manager at Caxton St Catering in
Australia. Her responsibilities
included managing over 80 accounts worth approximately AU$2.7m (£1.7m); handling
a Cirque Du Soleil VIP hospitality contract which attracted up to 2,500 patrons
a week; and organising large scale events for up to 2,000 guests.
 

Most recently, Dawson was the Event Manager at the De Vere Grand in
Brighton, where she managed 160 events in four
days for an annual political party conference.

, the Natural History Museum, The Magic Circle and The
Roundhouse.
