Celebrity chef to stir the pot for the Conference & Hospitality Show

Celebrity chef, James Martin, will return to his roots to open The Conference and Hospitality Show 2011 at Savile’s Hall, The Royal Armouries Leeds, 17
March.

Yorkshire-born Martin’s appearance at the
show coincides with the opening of his first restaurant in the
UK for over 10 years – adjacent to
the Royal Armouries in Clarence Dock.

Martin will also do a book signing at the
Alea Casino Exhibition Stand.

Show organiser Emma Cartmell, said:  “We are so thrilled that
James has agreed to open the Show for
us. His passion for local produce and excellence in service and food are what
the Meetings Industry is all about.  To have someone as high profile as James endorsing our event shows the importance of the
industry to Yorkshire.”

Cartmell expects 60 exhibitors to this year’s show and
points out that business tourism generates £777m to the economy of West Yorkshire each year.
