WorldEvents opens French base in Lyon

Event
management agency and professional
conference organiser WorldEvents Group has established an
office in Lyon,
France.

Key Account
Manager Zoë Adam, from the company’s European
office in Amsterdam, will take on the role of General
Manager for
France.

“France
is an important market for us and one in which we already do a lot of business,”
said Adam. “Having an office will help us to service and develop relationships
with our existing clients as well as create new business
opportunities.”

Group Sales
and Marketing Director, Mark Saxby, said: “There have been a number of
meetings with existing and new
clients in the build up to this announcement and the response has been very positive with
some live opportunities currently
under discussion.”

WorldEvents,
headquartered in West Yorkshire, has offices located in the UK, USA, Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Singapore and Hong
Kong.
