Madame Tussauds’ Marvel Super Heroes 4D experience launched

Merlin
Entertainments’ event space,
Madame Tussauds, launched its Marvel
Super Heroes 4D experience to over 200 events industry professionals this week.

As the
first new edition to the London attraction since the redeveloped Chamber of
Horrors over seven years ago, the 4D experience is the beginning of a five-year
deal between Marvel and Merlin, which includes the expansion of the experience
with new elements, including
additional character figures, added on a regular basis.

Guests
were treated to an English afternoon tea by caters Dish in the Test Zone and
Hall of Heroes event spaces. All were then led to the new 4D cinema to view the
3D short film, which cost $4.5m to produce, and included high impact 4D effects
such as water, smoke and seat tremors.

The
guests then entered the A-List party room where a DJ and band were supplied by
Music By Arrangement.

Watch
the video below to see what the night, and the new event space, is like. (See if

O’Donnell’s cameo
appearance).
