Forum for hospitality and tourism industry

The Institute of Hospitality is hosting a forum to discuss
the importance for the North West of England of having a vibrant tourism and
hospitality economy.

The event will take place at the
Arora Hotel in Manchester on 28 June. Key speakers include the
chairman of Visit Manchester and former head of government and public affairs at
Visit Britain, Bernard Donoghue, FTS, and the Pro vice chancellor of the
Manchester
Metropolitan University, Dennis
Dunn.

Chief executive of the Institute of Hospitality and one of the key speakers at
the forum, Philippe Rossiter, FIH, says: “Events like this offer a real
opportunity for those in the hospitality industry to keep up-to-date with what
is happening across the industry, and to address the impact it will have on them
and their business.

“We feel very strongly at the
Institute of
Hospitality that training
and knowledge exchange is taken seriously and carried out wherever possible, we
hope that events like this will encourage others to see the benefits and
increase their engagement on a regular basis,” he adds.
