Dublin for 2011 seating symposium

Dublin has won
the third European Seating Symposium, which will now take place at the
Convention Centre Dublin (CCD) from 19 to 22 September
2011.

The event, a conference dedicated to
seating and assisted technology, is set to attract 500 European
delegates.

The chair of the European Seating
Symposium incorporating Assistive Technology, Simon Hall, said Dublin offered the
versatility the event required. “As our conference continues to grow, it was
important to find a versatile venue. This is a key reason why the CCD was a good
fit for our event.”

The conference includes plenary,
poster and break-out sessions for equipment manufacturers, engineers, medical
practitioners, occupational therapists and
physiotherapists.
