A night’s stay at your fingertips

Busy travellers will be
able to book their night’s stay on-the-go with the launch of Accor Hotels’
iphone application.

It enables
them to book a room in 3,000 Sofitel,
Pullman,
MGallery, Mercure, Novotel, Suitehotel, Adagio, Ibis, All Seasons, Etap Hotel,
Formule 1 and HotelF1 hotels directly from their handset.

“We’re
proud to launch this innovative application, which is accessible to 30 million
users,” says executive VP of Accor Hotel marketing and distribution, Jean-Luc
Chrétien. “This new booking solution for the public will help us strengthen our
leadership positioning in business and leisure hotels.”

The application includes
geo-location features, which allows users to search for the nearest hotels or
calculate itineraries in real time as
well as have access to current reservations, favourite hotels and synchronises
with the iPhone contacts.

It is
already available in five languages: French, English, German, Spanish and
Italian.
