Free taxis and lunch at Telford

The Caffé d’Italia restaurant at The
International Centre in Telford (TIC) is offering a free pick-up and drop-off
service for customers who live within a three-mile radius.

The offer is valid until Christmas and restaurant manager, Franca McGill, says:
“We wanted our diners to enjoy themselves during the run-up to the Christmas
party season, and not to have to worry about driving home afterwards.”

The service will only be available to customers who book a table in advance,
and must be requested at the time of booking.

Meanwhile TIC
has announced that the UK’s
aquatics and water gardening trade is to launch a new, stand-alone trade event
(AQUA 2010) at the centre, 6-7 October next year. The event will be organised
by Impact Exhibitions in conjunction with trade body OATA.

Vice-chairman
of Ornamental Aquatics Trade Association (OATA) Dr David Pool says the B2B
event has been planned for a long time. “it will bring the industry together
with a series of high profile retail seminars, breakout sessions,
demonstrations and networking”.

All visitors
will be given a free lunch and refreshments.
