Ambassadors get Well Met preview

Well Met Conferencing
at Leeds
Met University has hosted a number of events
over the past few weeks designed to showcase its new facilities to potential
conference ambassadors. Three new signature buildings at the Met represent a
£177m investment and over 50 potential ambassadors came to see the new halls of
residence – Carnegie Village, on the Headingley Campus.
Conference delegates can use 23 rooms all year round and up to 370
out of term time. The Village is close to all the dedicated conference
facilities on-site with rates starting from £40 b&b.

The
ambassadors also had a chance to look round the new Faculty of Arts &
Society building – Broadcasting
Place, situated at Civic Quarter Campus.

The Well Met ambassadorial programme
has a target of bringing in £1million worth of business before the end of the
year.
