Last month CN reported that Virgin Atlantic had launched a partnership with the Eurostar to enable passengers to hold one ticket for both modes of transport.
Now the airline’s passengers will be able to organise their travel documents at the same times as any flight tickets through another partnership with CIBT, which claims to be the largest international provider of visa and passport services. Passengers will be able to secure travel visas to most countries in the world including China, India, Australia and Africa through the Virgin Atlantic contact centre and Virginatlantic.com.
“Virgin Atlantic’s aim is to provide our passengers with a seamless travel experience from the time of booking all the way through to them disembarking at their destination,” says director of product and service, Dee Cooper. “This means Virgin Atlantic.com will be a one stop shop for all our passengers needs.”
