Virgin Atlantic has become the first airline to
implement an e-ticketing agreement with Eurostar, enabling passengers
to travel ‘seamlessly’ between London and Paris or Brussels from their
Virgin Atlantic passengers can book a seat on Eurostar when they buy
their air ticket via the Virgin Atlantic contact centre, which has
access to live availability on each high speed train, or through their
local travel agent.
“This new agreement gives Virgin Atlantic passengers even more flexibility,” says head of loyalty, Alan Lias.
Eurostar’s director of sales and marketing, Emma Harris, says customers
making corporate bookings can now take full advantage of these through
fares, opening up a host of new travel opportunities.
