Who won the Sticky Wicket trophy?

The event industry’s finest raised £16,000 for charity at this year’s Sticky Wicket cricket tournament.

UBM Live, Earls Court and Olympia and the Confex All Stars were among teams battling it out for the Sticky Wicket trophy on 29 July at Regents Park.

Leading Edge Design’s Mervyn Ramsay helped to organise the event. “It was, again, a huge success and we were so pleased that we managed to raise so much money, in a recession, for the Lord’s Taverners charity, which helps young people, particularly those with special needs, have a sporting chance,” he says.

UBM Live’s team scooped the trophy in a final against Earls Court and Olympia.
