Specialist conference venue brand imago at Loughborough University has launched a new event management service.
The service will offer customers the opportunity to have their events fully managed by imago, from initial booking, through design, to final review.
Head of sales and marketing Emma Boynton says the launch has been driven by research findings from client groups.
“The timing of the launch has certainly been prompted by the tough trading climate. Events, conferences and training sessions are imperative to any organisation’s communication strategy and the event management service can only add value to the client’s requirements.
“The current trend of outsourcing has inevitably extended to professional event management and imago, with its expertise and contacts, is in a unique position to provide cost effective solutions and suggest new ideas and formats that could refresh an established event.”
Clients, says Boynton, can purchase the service on a project by project basis.
